Picc Line Insertion
Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) are long thin flexible catheters which are inserted into a patients arm positioned in the distal superior vena cava (SVC) or Cavio atrial junction and can stay for long periods of time. Picc lines are indicated for long term ABT therapy, TPN, and administration of vesicants.
